The door opens almost immediately after Olivia has finished knocking and questioning, him having been conveniently closer to the door midway from walking between rooms.

He only pauses to look at the young woman waiting outside once he opens the door, taking note he's not familiar with her (and that Sieglinde has more good looking women than should be allowed for an eleven year old coming to visit her), his expression maybe a little curious. ]
