He really hasn't paid it much mind, since she's a rather bookish girl anyways, and he's certain that every book she comes across is something she reads voraciously.

Noticing something outside her window when she went to pull in some herbs she'd been drying off the sill, she grew more and more elated with each word and couldn't get to the compass fast enough.

Though he doesn't exactly sleep easy with so many concerns on his mind, he's nevertheless half an hour early for their agreed-upon meeting time. [As promised, Papyrus shows up, looking ... upset. He looks all the part of a total cowboy now, with a brimmed hat curteousy of Ban, and his clothes purchased from the store before Shit Went Down.
He keeps his distance from Sieglinde, knowing she's a powerful witch, of course. Her magic was probably better than his, right? At least that's how it always seemed.
Cue old western music. It's like a proper showdown, except one of the participants is a small crippled girl and the other is a skeleton. So maybe not like... proper. Also no one has a gun?? So yeah this is actually a bad showdown.]

[First thing in the morning, Sieglinde may hear a soft knock on her door. Whenever she opens it, she'll find one knitted pouch waiting for her. It's clearly handmade, with the ALASTAIR emblem patterned on the bottom of it, and comes with a tag which reads:

The pouch is stuffed with individually wrapped cookies of assorted varieties. It's obvious that effort and care went into each recipe, and the cookies are flavorful regardless of which type she may sample]
