As it turned out, the sewers were a maze of paths that all converged on his location. It was almost uncanny how we came across him, there being so many of us. I believe he tried to find his jewelcomm, but I had already secured it. He claimed that he had no idea who we were, and was open in expressing that he found us intimidating, strangely enough.
He was strangely forthcoming with answers, at first. As we suspected, he was with Zymandis, and he was operating alone. He claimed there were people in his organization who would look for him, but it didn't sound very convincing. He took on this mission for nothing more than prestige — he claimed it was an honor.
[He pauses there, if only because it's disturbing to relive, but after all that she'd done to find a cure, Sieglinde should know what happened in full detail. Should know what matter of creature she'd bested, thankfully without ever having met him]
