But as someone who had bucked against fate and succeeded, it felt so natural to her at the time ( and continued to feel natural, as everyone around her left one by one. At least she was still here, at least she could continue what they've left ). To the point that she began to forget that it really was just a random chance, sometimes.
So, here she is. There's another pause that stretches the room, before she says as diplomatically and calmly as possible— ] I've been requested to transfer to a different guild, as of this morning. [ Like a military report. It's been some time since she's had to complete one, but it's surprisingly easy to return to the very basics. ] I'll be leaving this evening, but I wished to ... say goodbye.
Sieglinde tries not to let the emotion show on her face. Tries to focus on the task. Get drinks.
But by the time she returns with the, setting them on the table... she isn't able to smile and pretend that she isn't upset by such news. Surely... it was understandable. Though many had come and gone... Lucina had been one of the few who remained. Until now.]

[Goodbyes. It seems she'd said "goodbye" so many times since she'd left her world. Another guild...]
